Position: Arborist / Crew Lead

As we continue to expand, we are looking for highly skilled and experienced arborists with crew lead experience to join our skilled and professional crews. This is a hands-on, experienced arborist position focused on professional tree care work including advanced climbing, rigging, and complex removals. This role involves working on residential and commercial job sites, contributing to job planning and safety discussions, and executing tree work to high industry standards as part of a skilled crew. 

Scope of Work:

  • Tree and stump removals including crane assisted removals
  • Tree climbing and rope access using DRT and SRT
  • Aerial lift operations and fall protection
  • Tree biology and care
  • Hedge trimming
  • Aeration and fertilization 
 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of climbing experience 
  • ISA Certified Arborist (preferred)
  • Valid G-class driver’s license with clean abstract (DZ or AR equivalent preferred)
  • Proven experience with the safe operation of industry-standard equipment (chippers, chainsaws, aerial devices, rigging equipment, etc.)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of modern arboriculture practices including advanced climbing, technical rigging, hazardous removals, cabling, and proper pruning techniques
