A Unique Project for the Adamson Tree Experts Team
Our latest island adventure took the crew to Peterborough for a three day project focused on removing storm damaged trees and restoring safety across the property. This site had experienced significant weather impact and the owners needed a team that could manage the cleanup efficiently, safely, and with the level of care the landscape deserved. Island work always presents unique challenges, but it also gives our team an opportunity to showcase the full scope of our arboriculture skills.
Tackling Storm Damaged Trees
Storm damage can create a mix of hazards including compromised tree structure, hanging limbs, debris, and weakened roots. Over the course of three days our crew worked methodically to remove damaged trees, clear unsafe areas, and restore access throughout the property. Every cut was planned with safety in mind and each removal was completed in a way that protected the surrounding healthy trees. By the end of the project the property was stable, clean, and ready for the next steps in recovery.
Capturing the Work Behind the Scenes
A project like this deserves more than a quick before and after photo which is why we were excited to welcome Lovejoy Productions to the island. They made the three hour trip north to capture footage of the crew in action and their work gives an inside look at the precision and teamwork required for a job like this. Documenting these projects helps show the level of detail, equipment, and expertise that goes into every storm cleanup we take on.
A Successful Three Day Mission
From start to finish this project highlighted the value of experienced arborists who understand how to manage storm damage properly. The property is now safer, cleaner, and much better positioned for long term recovery. We appreciate the trust the owners placed in our team and we look forward to the next time we return to this beautiful island site.
Until the Next Adventure
Island jobs have become some of our favourite projects and this one was no exception. The team worked hard, the results were strong, and the footage captured will help show exactly what goes into a cleanup of this scale. Until next time.
